Registration for ABFM’s 38th Annual Conference

ABFM’s 38th Annual Conference will take place at the George Washington University, University Student Center, 800 21st Street, NW, Washington, D.C., from September 24–26, 2026. Early registration with discounted rates is now open through July 31, after which regular rates will become effective through September 16. A full slate of panels, research papers, and posters will fill numerous conference sessions. Abundant opportunities for networking await all registrants. We look forward to innovative presentations and an overall rewarding conference as we convene to share new research, rekindle old friendships, and make new ones.

Refund policy for registration fees

Refunds of conference registration fees will be provided upon request, in the same form of payment used to register, if the refund request is received by ABFM’s Treasurer (at treasurer@abfm.org) no later than 30 days before the conference begins OR if the conference is cancelled. Therefore, no refunds will be provided after August 24, 2026, unless the conference is cancelled. Refunds will be processed after the conference has ended.
