Call for Proposals

The  Association for Budgeting & Financial Management is accepting proposals for panels, papers and posters to be presented at its 33rd Annual Conference this fall.


Submissions are due by June 4, 2021.

Advancing Public Sector Finance

The Association for Budgeting and Financial Management (ABFM) is a section of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA).  ABFM aims to promote the professional development of budgeting and financial management in the public and non-profit sectors.

Membership in ABFM is available on its own or as an affiliation with ASPA.

The National Academy of Public Administration will join the Fiscal Service of the U.S. Department of the Treasury to host a January 28th webinar to unveil two new public websites, that promote data transparency and provide critical government information.

Elizabeth Searing will give an online seminar on Friday, January 29th on the paper A Framework for Nonprofit Resiliency: Lessons from Illinois. The interactive seminar will take place Friday, 1/29 via Zoom from 2-3:30 pm EST.
