SAVE THE DATE: KOFOLIA Conference June 23-24, Seoul

In January, ABFM signed an MOU with the Korean Fiscal Constitutional Law and Institution Association, KOFOLIA, to advance our mutual interest in scholarly and practical knowledge in public budgeting and financial management. ABFM is excited for this collaboration. As our first event, KOFOLIA is hosting a conference in June for which they welcome ABFM members. The topic will be about the balance between executive and legislative budgeting powers. In addition to them having invited a few of our members as speakers, they welcome anyone from ABFM to attend as an audience member. The conference is supported by KOFOLIA, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the Korean Institute of Public Finance. It will be held in Seoul, June 23-24, 2025. The planners will share details as soon as they are finalized. Until we have more information, please mark your calendars for June 23-24 (especially if you’ll be in Seoul for PMRC, June 25-28).
