The meeting kicks off at 11am Eastern, November 5th, with the Elmer B. Staats Lecture, presented by Naomi M. Barry-Perez, Director of the Civil Rights Center, U.S. Department of Labor. Her speech is titled, “Fostering Social Equity through Public Administration.”
