Registration for ABFM’s 37th Annual Conference

ABFM’s 37th Annual Conference will take place at the Loudermilk Conference Center at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, from October 23–25, 2025. Early registration with discounted rates is now open through September 2, after which regular rates will become effective through October 10. A full slate of panels, research papers, and posters will fill numerous conference sessions. Abundant opportunities for networking await all registrants. We look forward to innovative presentations and an overall rewarding conference as we convene to share new research, rekindle old friendships, and make new ones.

Refund policy for registration fees

Refunds of conference registration fees will be provided upon request, in the same form of payment used to register, if the refund request is received by ABFM’s Treasurer (at treasurer@abfm.org) no later than 30 days before the conference begins OR if the conference is cancelled. Therefore, no refunds will be provided after September 2, 2025, unless the conference is cancelled. Refunds will be processed after the conference has ended.
