Thomas P. Lauth, founding Dean of UGA’s School of Public and International Affairs, passed away on May 13, 2023, at age 85. Lauth received the Aaron B. Wildavsky Award for lifetime scholarly achievement in budgeting and financial management from the Association of Budgeting and Financial Management in 1998.
