Climate change has a growing impact on resources across all sectors (government, businesses, nonprofits, communities) and at all levels of government. Changing climate will increase the fiscal impacts of hazards and disasters, while the need to enhance resilience – fiscal resilience, climate resilience, disaster resilience, or community resilience – will require significant investment and incur substantial costs.
